崗位職責(zé)
--研究巴塞爾新資本協(xié)議III的主要內(nèi)容及中國銀監(jiān)會實(shí)施新資本協(xié)議的相關(guān)監(jiān)管規(guī)定；
--調(diào)研銀行風(fēng)險管理實(shí)際操作，參與銀行全面風(fēng)險管理體系建設(shè)；
--分析銀行客戶8大類主要風(fēng)險，為客戶的風(fēng)險管理的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供解決方案及專業(yè)建議；
--開發(fā)、驗(yàn)證、優(yōu)化違約概率PD、違約損失率LGD等風(fēng)險計(jì)量模型；
--參與咨詢項(xiàng)目，進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)訪談、資料分析，在高級顧問指導(dǎo)下完成數(shù)據(jù)分析、統(tǒng)計(jì)和編程等相關(guān)具體工作；
--咨詢經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理及項(xiàng)目遞交管理。

--管理實(shí)習(xí)生要求為在讀碩士或博士生；
--有較強(qiáng)的文字表達(dá)能力和溝通能力，英語六級以上者優(yōu)先；
--熟練使用WORD、POWER POINT、Excel等辦公軟件；能夠使用VBA、SAS、SPSS等定量分析工具者優(yōu)先；

Job Description
--Research on Basel New Capital Accord and CBRC’s regulations for implementing the New Capital Accord (BII and BIII);
--Understand bank’s risk management practice, participating bank’s ERM framework;
--Analyze risks faced by banks, provide risk management solutions and recommendations for banks;
--Involve in consulting projects, responsible for interviews, materials analysis, data analysis, statistical analysis and programming amongst other specific tasks;
 
Qualification requirements
--With a clear vision and strong sense of responsibility;
--Confident in dealing with challenges;
--Self-motivated and perform well under stress;
--good team player, entrepreneurial, and takes initiatives;
--No major and/or academic certification requirements. However, financial mathematics, financial engineering, finance, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, accounting, financial management, computer software and related majors are preferred. Master and/or PhD. Candidates are required for interns;
--Proficiency in WORD，POWER POINT, Excel;
--Fluent in both Oral and Written Chinese and English,CET6 or above preferred;
--Programming experience of using VBA, SAS, Matlab，SPSS is preferred;
--Bank or consulting experience preferred;
--CFA、FRM、CIA、CPA qualification preferred;
--Willing to travel;
--Graduates from Shandong province preferred.
